We are continually working to identify those who feel called to take their next step as a leader.  We love helping people explore their potential leadership roles for our future Trips & Encounters.

This team spends 8-10 hours in classroom training, then participates in a 4-day training Encounter in Mexico. If you feel God calling you to this type of leadership role, please contact us.
